Listen, Im a very big Calzaghe fan...as well as a very big Jones fan. And I will tell you with ZERO conviction that the Roy Jones Jr that Joe Calzaghe fought was nowhere near a prime version. I dont even consider this win to be as good Joe's over as Mario Veit.

Yer man JC himself admitted Jones was shot in his autobiography years before they fought.Written in black and white in his own words in the book called "No Ordinary Joe".Ever hear of it?Then,of course,swore Jones was still great after the fight was signed and after Roy had beaten 2 more shot fighters in Henshaw and Trinidad.Roy was so shot,he couldn't even ko shot former welter Trinidad.Hilarious.I don't hate JC.I used to be a fan of lyin' Joe Calzaghe.Shame on me.
