Yeah I read this exact same post from you in another thread. It wasn't clever in that thread and its downright idiotic and doesn't have anything to do with what I posted. The FACT remains that he is fighting two legends of the sport and 2 of the best fighters in history at stages in their careers where they are completely different fighters as they were in their prime. Are you ****ing blind??? If you cannot watch that clip from the Jones/Hopkins fight and see that those aren't the fighters Calzaghe is fighting your head is up your ass.....or Joes :blood

 

Jones is shot period. I can't give Calzaghe that much credit for beating him, I'm sorry.

 

That made Calzaghe look ****ing stupid.....not Hopkins. Especially since Hopkins bent over from an illegal low blow you ****ing idiot atsch Calzaghe tries to showboat but he makes himself look like a fool. And I'll say it again, If any version of Joe Calzaghe fought either one of those beasts fromt that first clip I posted he would've been ****ing mauled and embarrassed. :deal

 

If you got Joes love plums out of your eyes you would be able to see what is obvious to everyone other than your average rabid JC nuthugger and that is he chose to follow the path of least resistance and fight a Jones who is so done that you could stick a fork in him.

 

No way. Look at Jones fighting Kelly, Woods and Ruiz in '02-'03 (and that wasn't even peak Roy, which IMO was 1994-96), then look at him against Tarver, Johnson, Prince Nobody, Hanshaw and Trinidad. He fights with nowhere near the same speed, aggression, intensity, pace, purpose, power, movement. He doesn't hit as hard, he doesn't move as fast, and his stamina is greatly reduced (see the end of the 5th round of Tarver III - he is GASSED after performing like a shadow of his old self for 1 single round). His problem is that he's SHOT.

 

Watch the fights first, then wisecrack. You clearly haven't seen them all.
