    My point exactly.

He has decent hand speed now, and probably still good power. This may surprise Calzaghe, but he has absolutely nowhere near the stamina to do this for more than a minute or two at a time. There is no way he can outwork Calzaghe over 12 rounds. Jones will be blown out by the mid rounds.

Aaah, the old 'Calzaghe is well past-prime' routine, one of my favourites along with the classic 'Naz-Barrera' patter.

The Calzaghe who struggled with Robin Reid in '99 or the one who got taken to points by Jiminez in '02 or Salem in '04 was a better fighter than the guy who beat the only 3 top quality fighters he ever fought: Lacy, Kessler and Hopkins 06-08.

******ed logic at its very best. I love it.

no because roy had his chances while in his prie to take big fights and he never wanted to...instead he chose to beat the likes of reggie johnson, clinton woods, julio gonzalez, david telesco and countless other espn 2 fighters...so now it is time to back up his mouth...and calzaghe was much the same until recently as he has taken over america and he has never lost so he is verified as being a great and I expect him to dominate RJJ and there should be no excuses

I am all set with jones after he just stopped fighting against tarver in their epic 3rd fight...it was embarrassing and it showed why he never stepped up previous...talent yes....will to win...no

The low blow from Calzaghe didn't even hurt Hopkins...what it did do was give him the perfect opportunity to bend over & be taken by Calzaghe with the whole world watching. The rest is history.

how (besides a one punch ko) would jones possibly win this fight....there is no chance he outworks calzaghe...Joe c is not a blown up tito he is a true p4p top 3 guy that is on fire right now....jones does not fight to win...he fought for fun when he was in his prime..just goofing off against b rated fighters and got SMOKED when he finally was forced to fight legit guys...he has 2 god wins...bhop and tney and they were a LONG time ago
