    oh bless ya..

you really need to purge a little pent up frustration tonight pac my man huh?

my sincerest apologies if i offended you in anyway but trolling my posts and taking this personal whilst dragging the thread and your rationality down to base level does one no favours,i must decline your unsubtle invitation for a little teta te tonight i consider myself an adult and must act accordingly so i am limited to finishing with this:

calm down kiddo, life is atttainable if only one reaches out for it.

    good night.

Watch those fights though seriously, you'll find them quite enlightening re some of the posts on this thread.

Watch Jones v Tarver II, Jones v Johnson, Jones v Tarver III, Jones v Prince Nobody, Jones v Hanshaw, Jones v Trinidad.

Then watch Hopkins v Tarver, Hopkins v Wright, Hopkins v Calzaghe, Hopkins v Pavlik.

you alright there. looks like u pressed the bottom few times to many, nah but, jones would have get calzaghe respect early to keep him honeust. then he can pot shot his was to a decision but he would have to hurt calzaghe to do so. he has the speed to do it. counter punching. calzaghe throws alot but hes not a big puncher at all, so he dosnet have to worry about getting starched like tarver and johnson did to him. hey, most likely clazaghe wins but you can dismiss jones completely.

When (not if) Calzaghe beats Jones I will give him no credit whatsoever.

Jones has shown nothing to suggest he is still a top 10 light heavyweight and has hidden his decline by fighting carefully picked opposition. Hanshaw was KO'ed in his next fight, Ajamu is a nobody and Tito was over the hill and had not fought in years.

Jones looked worse than I have ever seen him against Tito. He was unable to out box Trinidad and so walked the smaller man down by plodding along behind a high guard. Ironically he fought in a similar fashion to Glen Johnson and this simply won't work against Calzaghe. Jones' balance and footwork was terrible and when he did hurt Tito he didn't have enough in the tank to up his workrate and KO Trinidad.

    Jones is shot to pieces.

:rofl You're so full of **** I don't even know where to start, first of all RJJ had beaten better fighters than Johnson and Tarver before losing, after beating Ruiz he could have retired as he was being compared to SRR because he is the ONLY man to ever win MW, SMW, LHW, and the HW title. after winning the first fight with Tarver he could have retired, but he didn't. The man has beaten over 17 world champions, and has won 24 world championship fights, but you come on here post that Bull **** about a guy who was ranked P4P for 10 yrs and is the best fighter of this generation.

Both equally past their prime, anyone who believes that Calzaghe is less shop worn than Jones has obviously only watched the last 5-6 Calzaghe fights and as such renders their opinion worthless. This is NOT, I repeat NOT the lightning fast, highly mobile, power punching 168lbs threshing machine of old.

The speed has eroded a little, the movement is definitely much worse and he no longer possesses a punch to speak of.
