I don't know why there's no thread about this yet around here, Calzaghe announced he's returning, you guys might want to type that in google search to get a list of links confirming it.

His opponent is someone with an 8-8-1 record, or something like that, according to the site I read.

from what ive read hes interested in one final match if the moneys big (10 mill) probably against dawson, froch, winner of jones jnr/bhop 2 or Kessler. Problem is if calzaghe gets 10 mill his opponents gonna want at least 5 mill so can u really see a fight with joe and either of these hitting that kind of PPV sales

I hope he's looking to head the S6 winner off at the pass!

I'll finally get my wish of a rematch, the one you all said would never happen, and you will all EAT IT! :bbb

This is not true at all.

It was a bull**** article on boxing writers.

Calzaghe was tongue in cheek saying he was going to knock out jordans boyfriend alex reid. who is a cross dressing cage fighter (a **** one at that).

It was totally tongue in cheek. However total knob jockey's have used this as a way of saying joe wants to fight a guy with a 8-8-1 record.

He even said at the end of the article 'if he wants me to bash him up he can pay me, but I'm very expensive'.

Anyone who takes this crap as serious has got problems. I mean how have you even managed to use a computer?

I've seen him before. In my opinion it would be a bit of a mis-match providing Calzaghe didn't let him take him down.

But I kind of want to end the who would win talk now because it was a tongue in cheek article.
