Calzaghe beat Kessler who beat Froch... doesn't mean Froch couldn't have beaten Calzaghe.
That's not the way boxing works, thankfully.

To be fair Calzaghe beat a much sharper, faster, better Kessler.
The Kessler Calzaghe fought would have KO'd Froch.

 

Great logic. Just Like how Pavlik beat Taylor, who beat Hopkins.

So that means Kelly is greater then Hop.....oh wait, Hop whooped his ass over 12rds in Atlantic city.

 

Calzaghe would of exposed Froch in a one sided shellacking IMO.

 

Cotto beat Mosely who beat Margarito who beat Cotto who beat Mosely who beat Margarito who beat Cotto who beat Mosely who beat Margarito who beat Cotto who beat Mosely who beat Margarito who beat Cotto ad infinitum.

 

Taylor beat Hopkins (twice), Pavlik beat Taylor (twice), so all Pavlik had to do was turn up and a win against the old man Hopkins was in the bag. But boxing doesn't work like that.

For the record though Calzaghe would beat Froch.

 

Look, seing as though I hate both Calzaghe and Froch, I feel I'm in a fair and unbiased position to make a judgement on this.

Froch is clearly a level or two below Calzaghe in skill, but they're both equal tossers

 

I think in this case it does.

 

Carl Froch who beat Andre Dirrell who beat Arthur Abraham who beat Jeramin Taylor who beat Bernard Hopkins who beat Roy Jones who beat John Ruiz who beat Evander Holyfield who beat Larry Holmes who beat Muhammad Ali

 

Froch would get owned by Calzaghe
