Wow the guy retired 5 years ago and people still cant accept he retired undefeated

Seriously Calzaghe (2006-2007 version) Beats any of the top fighters today including Ward

Ward would lose a 117-111 type decision or possibly even be stopped late if there was a cut to occur ala Jones Jr

    Stevenson would be outboxed heavily

    Froch would get dominated 118-110

    Kessler and Hopkins already happened

Nathan Cleverly would be a decent fight due to the style matchup but again he would lose a fairly wide decision also

People are too nostalgic in the sense that they are always looking for the "New" version of a fighter thats already retired

Look at the people who Calzaghe supposedly ducked :

Chad Dawson - A no contest and Close decision win over a 47 year old Bernard Hopkins that nobody criticized him for when they called Joe out for fighting a 43 year old version, the same Dawson coming off a loss to Pascal and later gets stopped by Andre Ward and Adonis Stevenson

Kelly Pavlik - Gets dominated by the guy Joe just beat (Hopkins) and then goes back down to middleweight and loses to Sergio Martinez only to move up again and get a hometown decision over Alfonso Lopez

Carl Froch - Gets outclassed by a one eyed Mikkel Kessler (who joe beat comfortably on points) coming off an 11 round headbutting session with Andre Ward and then pushes him to a draw on my card in the rematch (**** Adelaide Byrd, shes a horrible judge)

Lucien Bute - got destroyed by Carl Froch and nearly got knocked out by Librado Andrade then struggled to beat Denis Grachev

Just leave the guy alone, he made his fortune and retired with an unblemished record of 46-0 and was the lineal champion in 2 weight divisions and would have unified the division if it wasnt for Sven Ottke holding belts randsom that he had to steal

Charles Brewer - IBF Champion lost a decsion to Calzaghe
Byron Mitchel - WBA Champion was stopped in 2 by Calzaghe
Robin Reid / Richie Woodhall - Both Former WBC Champions
    Jeff Lacy - IBF Champion
    Mikkel Kessler - 3x WBA / 2x WBC Champion
Bernard Hopkins - Undisputed Middleweight champion and WBC/IBF LightHeavyweight Champion
Roy Jones Jr - 4 weight world champ, slightly over the hill but that was purely a pay day
Sakio Bika - Current WBC Champion
Chris Eubank - Former Middleweight and Supermiddleweight champion, challenged for the WBO Cruiserweight championship

His record isnt as bad as people make it out to be, its actually pretty good when you look at it in depth
