Terrible shame that you are such a racist :-(, that the facts escape you.
Hopkins and Jones both turned down fighting Calzaghe, when Hopkins did fight Calzaghe he had everything stacked in his favour ie New weight for Calzaghe, in America, 3 American judges and Cortez as ref, and still lost :patsch. A matter of fact one of the judges scored the single highest card against Hopkins ever of 116-111, for a very clear victory. The only reason it was a SD is because one bias judge scored round 11 to Hopkins a clear Calzaghe round that even the Hopkins nuthuggers accept Hopkins lost .

The great thing is Calzaghe beat Hopkins sandwiched between Hopkins best wins of Tarver, Wright and Pavlik when Hopkins was at his strongest and most hydrated, and P4P #3 & Ring LHW champ.
Calzaghe was closer to the end of his career than Hopkins and based on styles was possibly more past his prime than Hopkins.

Live with it, it happend and your racism cant change the facts

Manfredo was in The Ring top 10 SMWs at the time. What other American SMWs were in there other than Lacy at that time? Manfredo is rubbish by the European SMW standards of then, but was world rated due to being American and Calzaghe beat him when Manfredo was a Ring top 10 fighter.
Not saying I rate Manfredo but he was one of Americas top SMWs at that time. Fact, they only had Lacy in as the other

A quote from Tarver says that 'Calzaghe's people have in touch.' So Joe did more than talk about it.

I've mentioned the Glen Johnson scenerio in a previous post. Go back and read it.

Calzaghe fought 3 of the available 6 in his DECADE in the division, and that is meant to be a positive?

Where are the other three names of this top 10?

Hey, you don't need to prove anything to me, I have always believed that Peter Manfredo Jr was one of the finest supermiddleweights that the US of A has ever produced, and that his win over Joe Spina was the modern equivalent of the Brawl In Montreal. I still can't believe how easily Joe slapped him into a thoroughly appropriate and well-deserved stoppage.
