Muther****er he won 6 belts in 5 ****ing weight classes fighting in ****ing Vegas against the best each weight class had to offer while your boy Calzaghe was fighting ****ing Euroscrubs in ****ing **** town Wales. Calzaghe needs to fight atleast one decent muther****er not some ****ing Dane before his name gets thrown into the damn discussion about top fighters in the decade, right now he isnt even top 10. Beating an 43 year old hopkins dont mean ****. Infact its embarrassing that thats the best fighter he's faced his entire career, maybe he should think about beating some decent comp instead of Danish bums and overthehill old men.

    ****ing ridiculous.

The best each weight class had to offer? Are you serious? You think Judah and Baldomir were the best 147 had to offer?

Since when was Gatti and Corley the best 140 had to offer?

Was DLH the best @ 154? Based on wins YEARS ago? :huh

STFU nuthugger. Stay out of these threads. Yo u don't know enough to add to them. Go back to kissing Floyd's ass...

He beat Hatton who was the best at 140, that only leaves 147. Because who beat Vernon Forest? Mayorga. And who beat Mayorga? Oscar. Who beat Oscar? Mayweather.

So thats 130, 135, 140, and 154. You dumb**** dont get embarrassed.

Oh man...this is pretty pathetic. And yo actually think you made a point. :rofl

Floyd and Hatton didn't fight @ 140 braniac....so he didn't beat the best guy @ 140. It's that simple. At least to those w/ a brain. Floyd beat the best 140er @ 147. NOt quite the same.

And you think because DLH beat Mayorga @ 154 that means he beat the best there? And you think I will be embarresed?:lol::lol:

You're a ****in newbie to boxing man. How long ben a fan? Like 2 years tops?

I guess Roy Jones is the best then right? Tito beat Mayorga and Jones beat tito. No wait, Kelly Pavlik is, cause Spinks beat Mayorga and Taylor beat Spinks and Pavlik beat Taylor. See how stupid your (lack of ) logic is?:nut

Hopkins = Old if he looses, a miracle if he wins.

Woods = Got blown out by Jones in 6 rounds and that's what people will remember anywahere outside England.

Dawson = Hardcore fans know him, but I don't think it adds to legacy.

Calzaghe will always suffer for his percieved lack of competition up until the Lacy fight more or less.

I don't think there's much Joe could do to be considered best of this generation at this point...the American bias in the sport will always make it harder for a Calzaghe who's fought his entire career more or less in the UK to make it to that sort of level.

Lmao doesnt matter what weight class Mayweather beat Hatton at the result is the same, so technically mayweather beat the best 140 pounder in the world you ****ing fruitcake. Or do you think the result would be any different at 140. Do you think 154 hatton at 147 is worse then 154 hatton at 140 *****? Listen you stupid **** Oscar is arguably the top fighter at 154, since he beat the guy who beat the guy, and Mayweather beat the guy(Judah) who beat the other guy in Spinks. So who do you think the best is at 154? Vernon Forest who got beat the **** up by Mayorga? Or Oscar who beat the **** up Mayorga?

Best in 4 of the 5 wieght classes he won belts at you little *****. If Judah doesnt get knocked the **** out by Baldomir, before his loss to Cotto, it would be 5 for 5, its just circumstances never worked out that way, but he fought the best ***, and even a little Floyd hater dick sucker like you can admit that. :good

Just stop kid. You don't know ****. It doesn't matter if Floyd would beat Hatton at EVERY weight class available. Plain and simple, he didn't beat Hatton @ 140, so he didn't beat the best @ 140. Of course, you too much of a nuthugger to see logically.

Oscar MAY be the top 154, but he hasn't proven to be the best @ 154. So you have no point really. Just a nuthugger opinion.

You say Forrest isn't the best @ 154 because he lost to Mayorga @ 147 years ago? :patsch

They how is DLH the best @ 154 sinc he too LOST to SSM @ 154? And lost to Hopkins? See, again I just proved how illogical you are. But you're just a fanboy right? :deal

The best @ 154 is to be decided when they guys who are @ 154 fight. It's not dediced by a fanboy hwo just got into boxing.

Wrong...best in 3 out of 5. Wait...did you say Floyd fought the best ***?:lol:

Listen dickhead its not only consensus that Floyd beat the best 140lb fighter in the world its ****ing logic cockboy. Hatton fights at 154 regardless of whether he's fighting at 140 or 147, so weight has nothing to do with it, besides that its just semantics. Maybe you should get the dick out of your eyes and maybe you could see logically that Floyd just beat the ring number 1 at 140 dumbass.

Oscar has the best argument for being the top fighter at 154. Seeing as how he beat the guy who beat the guy jackass. Not only that but Floyd finished off Judah who also beat the other top fighter at 154 *****, that was spinks. So who was the top fighter at 154 lmao if not Oscar? Forrest? Naw he lost to Mayorga? Spinks? Naw he lost to Judah? Oscar? Most definitely he BEAT Mayorga badly.

Lmao no you stupid ****, because SSM and Hopkins arent at 154 dumbass. So why would they be the best?

No I called you a *** since you obviously love the **** quite alot.

Woods is actually building a decent resume at lightheavyweight these days

Rico Hoye, Glen Johnson, Julio Gonzalez and Hopkins only meaningful win at the weight Tarver...soon enough anyway

Dawson, as good as he is has did very little so far...Joe won't fight him

After beating Hopkins he takes a home coming fight vs Woods then retires

    I guarntee it.

    Great fighter no doubt....

but joe there will still be questions...

greatest supermiddle but why didn't he face Sven Ottke for the IBF/WBA/WBO or Markus Beyer for the WBC back in the days??:huh

why didn't he face Hopkins years ago!?!
what does Calzaghe gain beating up a 42 year old man(besides money:blurp )?

give Kessler(with fit hands) a rematch in the states instead and face the hardest fight of your live...:bbb

    fight Bute or Dawson please..

Recognition as Light Heavyweight champion bitter Kesslerite.

I like Kessler but he was beaten convincingly. There is no need for a rematch and adds nothing to JC's legacy.

Dawson is the one that needs Calzaghe for his legacy, not the other way around. But first and foremost, Dawson needs to be established first and prove that he's a legit fighter before even earning a shot against Calzaghe. He could do that by beating Glen Johnson in April 12 and beating his mandatory Adrian Diaconu in July. And even if Dawson were to beat those two, Calzaghe will have already chosen an opponent (most likely Jones Jr or the winner of the Pavlik-Taylor match) and than retire. So a matchup between Calzaghe and Dawson is highly unlikely.
