Calzaghe won't fight Hopkins again or Dawson as it's too much of a risk to his precious zero. Both would beat him anyway.

Although your probably correct, I believe Calzaghe was gonna face Pavlik next year (I dont buy into this retirement story) so If Dawson is willing to come to Wales I wouldn't rule it our completely.

 

The post date makes not a jot of difference, anyone who has followed the careers of Calzaghe and Woods knows that Clinton was never in Joe's league. It would have been a landslide UD schooling no matter when they fought.

I believe Hopkins would definitely beat Calzaghe and I think Dawson could too (but I'm not as confident of Dawson winning, I think he would but Joe definitely has a strong chance too). Just my opinion.

If Joe fought Hopkins again and then Dawson, no sane boxing fan would say there was anyone else on the planet that he had to fight. That would be a sensational end to his career.
