    Blinkered ham n eggers can cry as much as they want about this boxing masterclass but the truth is Calzaghe's hands were completely shot and Roys glass chin was not an issue in this fight, the main issue in this fight was Calzaghe's mesmerizing speed and footwork as he peppered Roys chops with a series of 7 and 8 piece combinations delivered with unerring acuracy :deal

    Roys only previous defeats to Griffin, Tarver, and Johnson came through a disqualification and because Jones has one of those horrible jaws where any crude power puncher could brutally knock him out if they landed on the right spot :yep

    Jones was blazing the come back trail, once again looking imperious against the same type of opponents he had fought throughout his bogus 175 reign, the tiresome 'weight drained excuses' that were delusional repeated by his fanboys were without a shadow of doubt no longer valid with Jones fully adjusted to fighting at 175 again :boohoo

    No matter what any fanboy whines :| this was the first time in Roys career that he was given a comprehensive boxing lesson, put over his momma's knee and given a thorough spanking, completely humiliated in mouth-wateringly delicious crystal clear HD before a global audience of millions, by a fighting machine with an emphatically superior skill-set :deal

    No fanboy revisionist theories will ever change these facts. Calzaghe's hands were shot, Jones had every advantage in the book yet the simple truth is he met his master, his nemesis, his kryptonite, the man born to be king - Joe Calzaghe :woot

    and that boxing lesson was this - roy, you shoulda waited till everyone was 40 before you manned up to fight them. You couldda beat 40something versions of Hagler, Hearns and Sugar Ray that way! And then you'd eclipse Joe.....

    SADLY not much of a lesson though, since prime roy crushed top fighters in their primes.
    roy does not read The Bluffers Guide To Being A Successful Cowardzaghe.

    I'm a big Calzaghe fan but Roy was a shell of himself, capable but probably 40% (at best) of what he was. Joe just wanted his name on his resume, that's all it was.

    Jones got obliterated and embarrassed by Calzaghe. The fight was a mismatch. Had Calzaghe stepped on the gas the last 3 rounds instead of letting up he would have KOed Glass Jawed Roy.

    Calzaghe fought Jones 5 years after he was officially washed up, gun shy, had been brutally ko'd twice already, and was slow as molasses compared to the prime version.

    If your gonna praise Calzaghe for outpointing a former atg than Danny Green and Dennis Lebedev must really inspire you by there obviously greater skill than the zagster. They made it look easy in there, ko'ing the very same "prime" Jones.

    Nonsense, go watch vintage Jones around this time against Lacy and Shieka (who despatched peak Glen Johnson :yep

    Don't forget many experts in boxing predicted Jones to win this fight including fellow Calzaghe victim Bernard Slopkins :deal
