Calzaghe got dropped by an almost 50 year old RJJ?

    I'm talking about Nigel Benn. Not Chris Eubank. Calzaghe would be on par with Eubank prime anyway.

    I think you think their prime eras were leaps and bounds better than Calzaghes, and they weren't at all. Calzaghe would cope with Benn and Eubank in their primes.


    The only guy who was leaps and bounds better than the super mid competition was Roy Jones Jr. Roy Jones Jr would beat Eubank but it would be competitive for awhile. The same goes for Benn.

    To say Calzaghe doesn't have a chance against McCallum and people around his level are absurd.

    Calzaghe beats Benn prime and has a tough fight with Eubank prime.

    Calzaghe has a good fight with McCallum and it wouldn't be easy but he could get a points win against him.

    38 years old coming of a dominating knockout win over Tito Trinidad. Hopkins was coming off wins over Tarver and Wright and we now know he was not shot in 2008, still had 4 very good years in him, dominated Pavlik right after that fight

    And Camacho beat the undisputed and best Lightweight of all time, undisputed and best Welterweight of all time, and Undisputed Middlweight champion.. so this has to make Camacho higher ATG than Slappy, the proof is in the pudding. :deal

    It also demonstrates how declined Jones was, he would have nailed that right hand on the button earlier in his career instead of his forearm making contact.
