There's just no reason to lump them together. It degrades Calzaghe to be mentioned alongside Hatton.

Hatton is a lowly skilled, hardworking fighter. No p4p or anything, but he will win some fights and you have to be prepared to work to beat him.

Calzaghe is ultra-gifted and very skilled. A completely different class to Hatton.

Basically the title could have been "Mayweather and Gatti..."

Its just odd comparing two so different boxers whose only comunality is that they are from the UK. Nonesensical actually.

Calzaghe is a fighter who wins the vast majority of his fights on high "punch" output, stamina, and hard work.

What win is that? An unmotivated Kostya who was ready to quit and did soon after?

A 'win' that btw. was as much a wrestling-fight as a boxing-match. Nothing to be proud of really. Hatton wants that one to be for the boxrec-jockeys because he himself is not really proud of the way that happened. And among thousands of screaming fans thousands of kilometres from Kostyas home. Nah, nothing to be proud of at all.

  12. The are both pro fighters. I respect that emencely. I dislike Calzaghe because I am a fan of the sport and I can pick and choose who I like or dislike. I am not a fan of Hatton because quite honestly he sucks. He beat Kostya Tzsyu, so what.
