but in the run up he was tipping cal to win easy so it shows he wasnt bias to who he wanted to win and to who he thought would win

When Dan Rafael called Sportscenter to talk about the post-Jones (fight) saturday night, the first thing he mentioned is that he believed "Calzaghe lost to Hopkins... A fight he (Joe) didn't win..." again. America's collective sporting audience heard every word of it. Again.

Well I guess that settles it then. Dan Rafael has been crowned the final word in boxing. What he says obviously goes. How could I be so foolish to actually think that the judges scores mattered when I could just go to Dan Rafael to get the decision. We should just change the name of the sport from Boxing to Rafael. Instead of the Sweet Science it could be the Sweaty,Obese, Never been wrong Science. Fantastic. Well I for one am glad that Boxing has finally decided on something universal of a change, and it's name is Dan Rafael. Rafaeltastic! Awesome stuff, Rafael is the greatest sport ever!

Calzaghe is the coward. Many people felt he lost to Hopkins but he won't do the right thing and sign for a rematch. It was exactly the same story with Robin Reid. He did, however, rematch Mario Veit!

Har har... The reality is Dan Rafael is plugged into ESPN.

He's got the only voice that gets heard. And the voice says Calzaghe lost.

fight was even close....joe pressed the fight and hopkins waited to counter most of the night missing most or clinching every 2 seconds...no points in my book for that

Hops had his chance and lost. Had it been the other way around, unless Calzaghe changed his name to Robert Allen, he wouldn't have gotten a rematch.
