Calzaghe is probably in the most danger in his career because Kessler will be the best fighter he has ever faced. The chances of him losing have never been greater in my opinion. But the same goes for Kessler. All in all, a dangerous fight for both. At the same time, both should be praised for their willingness to make this fight happen. Who will walk away with their 0 still there? Calzaghe
It's all guesses right now. Only 3 more days until we know who the winner is. (I pray there is an actual winner)
So do I...but if it happens to be a draw, I don't want to see a hometown decision or Kessler being favoured for being younger...or anything like that.
so how did you feel after the 2nd round???:admin this is a pickem fight. truelly. neither fighter has ever even come close to losing never mind actually losing so it s hard to imagine either being dominated. Ill pick Calzaghe though.
I dont know Kessler that well but I remember thinking that Lacy would whoop Calzaghe's ass and we know how that turned out. I would have to favor Calzaghe's expierience until something changes.
I have mad butterflies now. I was a lot more nervous for the Lacey fight though and thought that Joe would get battered. Calzaghe has huge heart and mad skills...just hope they are still there on Saturday night.
Straight up dude, my heart stopped in the 2nd round, and never really fully recovered until Smoger stood over JT. It was like you hear people say thier life flashes before their eyes, all I could hear as Smoger was counting was "he was a great white hype, etc..".
I think you definitely have to favour Calzaghe in matchup. Although I think Kessler is straight up the best fighter Joe has faced besides maybe Eubank. But you know Joe will be well prepared and at his best for this bout because he realizes the danger. I actually had a dream that Joe wins this bout scorecards reading 115-113, 116-112x2. So I'm thinking a highly contested bout but Joe just a little better.
Eubanks was way better than Kessler. Who has Kessler beaten......Mundine who was iced by Ottke, or the overhyped German guy who was living on thin ice and had recently absorbed severe poundings(although he won...?)at the hands of The Green Machine -Beyer, that was his name. A real top notch fighter....
