    Calzaghe is a born winner, never ever bet against him.
    If Calzaghe was a golfer and had a ten footer to win the Open he would sink it, if he was a tennis player and had match point at Wimbledon he would hit a winner, if he had fought Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jnr at their peak he would have beaten them !!, he has the head and heart of a champion, if you think his resume is weak does that mean he would not have beaten stronger opposition ?

    Calzaghe won 4 schoolboy ABA titles, he also won 3 consecutive senior ABA titles at at different weights becoming the first boxer since the 1920s to achieve such a feet.{only second man ever}
    Everbody knows about his pro career, held all the Super-middleweight titles at one time or another, held one version for 11 years and over 20 defences.
    Calzaghe is a true champion, i hope his hands and motivation allow him to get to 50 and 0, it will take a great performance to beat him ?

    Man, if Calzaghe wouldve fought a prime Hopkins, Toney, or Jones, he woulda been had a lost on his record already. How is he a true champion when his greatest victory is over a 43 yr old, way past it fighter? Slap yourself.

    Calzaghe would be outclassed against a prime Jones, and probably against a prime Hopkins as well.

    Slap yourself again.

    Ya, if they ever come out with better shoes Calzaghe will be able to jump over tall buildings.

    a 43 yr old way past prime fighter...giving a supposed legend the toughest time of his career (and arguably his first loss although imo he won by the hair on his balls)

    yea...i think so...

    So is Bhop not a good fighter in his 40s? Wins over Tarver, Winky and Pavlik go to prove that he's 'way past it'? Interesting train of thought you have.....
