yes because hopkins in his prime i.e middlewight had a legacy second to none right?with wins over the greatest fighters ever at that weight? stick your head in the originality bucket and learn to admit defeat sweetie.
Calzaghe had been calling out both Hop and Roy since 2001. Also Bhop backed out the first fight which was in the 2003 or 2004.
Yeah like n the 10th and 11th when Bhop was faking lowblows cause he was wore out. Joe landed 232 punchs Bhop landed 120.
I dont care what any bandwagon fan has to say. I knw boxing, Im not part time fan, Im a real fan, I know boxing. Bhop is nowhere near his prime
Calling them out means squat. Name me one serious offer that team Calzaghe put forward to Roy Jones? At least Michalczewski was writing open letters and had his promoter offering 5 mil in the mid 90's. Calzaghe didn't want to know, simple as.
I have to agree to some extent - Calzaghe does have that "eye of the tiger" type intensity and focus as a competitor. He would likely excell in lots of different sports and different areas. Mentally he's a giant.
When you are watching Calzaghe you are watching greatness, Joe has a ' X factor ', a touch of 'gold dust' a quality that all great champions have that you just can't label.
