I dunno, amongst boxing hardcores Calzaghe - Jones will have a lot of interest. Jones has a lot of fans that are about as delusional as him and believe he can do something. Then there are the Calzaghe haters that are praying he can do something. You wait til near the time, it will get a hell of a lot more attention on here I feel

It wouldn't do too good on PPV in the UK though that is true, perhaps in America. I don't know whether Hatton's sawkerball fans will be going more to see him or Anderson. These types are the exact reason Hatton can pull off PPV's in the most mundane fights imaginable

I would pay 5000kr to watch Hatton vs Pacquiao, and a similar amount for Hattton vs Witter if Hatton had of grown a set. So I'm not completely adverse to watching Hatton double suplex guys around if his opponent brings interest other than being a clown

..having said that if I could only watch one of the fights I'd watch Calzaghe-Jones.

And heres me thinking we could have had a decent conversation about this. I guess not.....come on, let it go. You don't like Hatton, fair enough but that post just makes debating a PITA.

I agree with you on most points, but if Joe could get PPV, and make more money; surley he'd take it.

What is a PITA? I use Pita with my curry from the street corner :hey

I was just saying, I wouldn't even mind paying to watch Hatton go WWE on guys if he wasn't fighting Malifaggot. Pacquiao will get my interest.

But as it is - Jones + Calzaghe as two legends is levels above from a boxing viewpoint and more deserving of PPV by this criteria. But from the only criteria that matters, Hatton's will probably make PPV because his fans are "dedicated"

:good Calzaghe got the best offer from Setanta and he took it (good luck to him) but if a PPV offer from SKY was on the table then he's have taken that but he's just not a PPV fighter.

I don't think Hatton-PM will be PPV, the Lazcano fight was at a decent hour in the UK, the Pauli fight will be at 5am. I'd be very surprised if Hatton-PM was PPV. Would that be OK with you?

I don't believe tickets are on sale yet, but when they are, you can get them at either www.madisonsquaregarden.com or www.ticketmaster.com

Jones is beyond shot and anything less than a brutal KO and Calzaghe should be disapointed, Glen Johnson knocked him out and he's hardly a power puncher
