I dont agree Calzaghe lacked power, it all started from Eubank and he knocked him down, hes stopped a few others. He had problems with his hands hence the reason he utilised his boxing skills and speed aswell as his tremendous engine.
GOOD THREAD. calzaghe is the fraud of frauds. a great deceptionist who tricked people into thinking he was actually doing **** in his fight with hopkins. he's a bum. and not even a top 100 atg.
Joe did't just have lots of stamina, he had a lot of heart, a good chin, adaptability, and good hand speed. Joe would of been able to compete with most top elite fighters imo, whether he would come out victories against that level of opposition in their prime is open to debate. Joe's biggest flaw against top fighters imo, would of been his lack of defense.
Calzaghe fought a lot of bums and old men. He also fought two undefeated young champions in Lacy and Kessler, and a P4P elite in B-Hop.
It was, but he still get exploited in spots, in-between his punches, or from range when he was not getting off cause there was some separation between himself and the opponent.
bodyheads vcash total is an absoloute disgrace and perfectly illustrates his deluded, narrow minded ignorance :dead:dead:dead:dead:dead he should stick to what he does best - deepthroating shemales :-(
I agree. I have been critical of the praise of Calzaghe being over the top. But so is the hate. Good post. It would have been nice to see Calzaghe in the Super 6, and how he would have fared. I think it would have been a real good test for him, and had he won, I think his legacy would have been well served.
dude didn't lose a fight for EIGHTEEN YEARS and internet trolls want to slag him....GET A LIFE! atsch
