    so maybe they're going to televise nearly every fight on the card?

    If any of Setanta's live coverage has black bars on the side of the screen, Im finished with them.

    Noticed just now the Calzaghe v Lacy repeat has a black bar down the side the right handside of the screen?.

    What the hell is this all about. Live Setanta coverage from the States has two black bars either side of the screen which takes away 25% of the viewing and squashes everything inwards.

    Even BBC coverage from 30 years ago never had this, and their is no excuse for it.

    Yeah, the sad thing is thats a repeat which Setanta bought from ITV. I would expect such coverage from a channel that had been in the business a week. Not 4-5 years.

    Some people are more fussy than others, but the black bars either side of the screen must get under everyones noses, especially fight fans who record and collect fights. A complete joke.

    The one bar aint too bad, but they better get this sorted out.

    Ive been on the planet for 30 years. Watched world cups live, boxing on SKY, BBC, and ITV, and various sporting events, and seen this before. A disgrace.

    How do I do that. You try it and tell me if it works. I was on a forum about this, not a boxing forum, a satelite TV forum. Setanta know about the problem but don't have a resolution time. People have tried to change the screen viewing and don't work.

    BTW can't you just adjust the ratio of the TV to get rid of them? It works for me?
