Calzaghe: "Kessler, you are the best I've fought; you should fight Hopkins!"

    Mikkel was in attendance. Calzaghe gave him a big round of applause and said he was the best fighter he had fought. He then was asked bout Hopkins and he said he didn't like to fight rematched. Calzaghe then joked he'd be happy to promote Hopkins v. Kessler and to commentate on it, safely, from the sidelines. He said it would be a great fight!

    I agree with Calzaghe. It would be great if Hopkins could fight one more fight against either Dawson, or, preferably, Kessler.

    Anyone else agree?

    from what i heard before the fight both we're planning on bein ringside to challenge joe after the fight.

    Calzaghe showed Kessler was 1 dimensional

    Hopkins wont find that too difficult

    possibly but kessler is far better than pavlik.

    I've noticed that none of them fancy Dawson. HOpkins, Calzaghe, and Kessler have all immediately dismissed the fight while not doing the same with others.

    I've noticed that none of them fancy Johnson either...strange that!

    P.S. Kessler would definitely fight Dawson, but he is much to young for Dawson...obviously...so...it will never happen until Kessler hits his late 30s.

    thats because their all straight:lol: ,seriously tho dawson doesnt bring any name value,which is why he's not been considered by joe or hopkins,if he ko's tarver in the rematch i can see him getting 1 of those 2 fights tho.

    Kessler is 1-dimensional - well yeah a little; but I doubt Hopkins can do much about it. Playing Kessler down is really stupid.

    Hopkins has nothing to gain for beating Kessler.it doesnt add anything to his legacy he should campaign for a Calzaghe rematch.

    he should tear down the welsh flag to try to entice Calzaghe to accept the rematch.

    Because as it stands he's still an absolute nobody. Lets see him rematch Glen Johnson and get decent to good wins over the next 2-3 years before we start putting him in with people like Calzaghe and Hopkins.

    What is it with Americans and trying to rush people, its like you WANT your own guys to fail :/
