    He'd prove a heck of a lot and would be the best win of his career, by quite a stretch! He'd also become known and rated in the USA, opening up doors there! It's the best fight out there for Kessler right now, even better than a fight against Taylor!

    Best case scenario they'd ask for a rematch in the USA, where "Dawson would beat him!"

    Kessler would lose to Hop and Dawson.....

    i dont even think it would be competitive if it was @ 175

    I am not sure he'd lose to Dawson at all, but I think Hopkins should be favourite over him...yeah...

    Hopkins would be difficult to Kessler, but Kessler would bring a lot of power.

    i might be wrong,but i don´t think hopkins is that great...it could open the doors to the US market,as you say decebel.
    But i would rather see kessler against the winner of lacy-taylor.

    Nah...nothing that would worry Hopkins, imo. Hopkins defence is great anyway...Kessler wouldn't get to hit him much...:good

    Dawsons bigger, stronger, quicker, and a very skilled boxer, and he's a southpaw.....as far as pure boxing goes, i doubt there's a MW, SMW, or LHW that can outbox him, so i'm POSITIVE kessler wouldn't have much of a chance

    you have to outbang Dawson to beat him....you cant outbox him, and with that said Kessler aint got the tools to win

    Kessler would provide great pressure with his great jab and 1-2. He'd fight like Johnson fought, but once he has him hurt, he could finish the job, because he's much fresher...

    People overrate Dawson because he had good fights against old Johnson and Tarver, both of who would have beaten him had they been less faded/shot...but look at his fight against Adamek. Is Kessler worse than an Adamek who had trouble making weight was? Adamek had him hurt and fought without much confidence all night. Kessler would do better.

    Kessler 60/40 favourite for me, although I think it would be close fight and Dawson could win as much as 5 rounds, for sure!:good
