I think, after he beats bernard, if he fights Pavlik, and then possibly another champ, hell be in the top twenty easily.

HOF I suppose... nah, I don't think he's a top20 HOF... more like Top41-50 if the win is dominating or inside the distance. Knocking out Pavlik would be easy (accumulation of punches)... doing the same thing vs. Hopkins is another story...

    nah.

Eubank was at the tail end of his career. But its a very good win.

Kessler still has to prove himself as a good win, he has the potential but until he actually does it in the ring it is not so.

Lacy we all know was overhyped.

Hopkins will be his biggest win to date.

Pavlik imo will never be mentioned among the greats.

Who's he gonna fight? He needs to beat some young guns that will then go on to establish his legacy long after he's retired.

Top20 ATG with his notable wins being Eubank, Kessler, Hopkins at 43, and Pavlik?

no ****ing way jose. You could make a case for Top40-50 if he really destroys Hopkins and Pavlik

He'll be in top 50, not top 20, Prime Roy Jones is top 20

If he beats the crap out of Hopkins and Pavlik/Dawson. Then you could make a case for top 50.

    Nowhere near top 20.

A win against a 43 year old Hopkins won´t do much for Calzaghe´s ATG status he will remain somewhere between 75-100.

    **** no.

He has the longevity but his record has no remarkable wins except old Chris Eubank, unproven never-was Jeff Lacy and Mikkel Kessler. A win over 43 year old Bernard Hopkins will be very good, but not enough.

This is a win-win situation for Hopkins and a lose-lose situation for Calzaghe.

Kessler is his best fight up to date, this guy wasted his time fighting pub boxers. Also after the fact that this guy is planning on retirement by next year I wouldn't rate this guy any lower than 50.

rubbish, theres a lot of great fighters out there..with a record like that you'll not even get to be top 50, he wasted most of his prime years taking on unknown fighters.

It depends how he he beats Nard, if he can, which I doubt it. If he dominates then I would probally but him between 50-55 all time. If he wins and struggles at times then he moves up a couple spots and I have him around 65. If he loses then I have him around 75-80 all time p4p. Right now he is sitting around 70 for me
