Reports indicate Calzaghe looks tremendous in training.

He is doing loads of road work and his stamina is better than ever. Bag work, floor work and gym work are all at top flight levels. Sharper than ever. He is going to be throwing well over 100 punches per round.

Jones is not going to have the gas to last!

Jones is too clever to accept a fight with Calzaghe and not be prepared for his workrate. RJJ will have a plan

Good to hear. He can't possibly look worse than against Hopkins.

    Umm, we have no ATG?
Johansson is the best fighter we have, and he's not in Calzaghe's league when it comes to ATGness.. but he beat a prime Patterson, something Joe will never be able to do.

Why are you bringing this up?
My boxing passion trumps any patriotic side by a whole lot.

Enough power to whip 46 straight. Including Hopkins, Kessler, Lacy and soon Jones and Pavlik.

Ask Lacy and Byron Mitchell how those slaps feel!!

He'll know what's coming so he'll obviously have a plan but Roy has relied on his physical abilities in the main over the years not like Bernard Hopkins. Roy isn't the type to old man anyone and I think his best bet is to just go for it early.

He still has great handspeed and power, so he'll obviously be looking to counterpunch Calzaghe. But his stamina is very poor nowdays and if he can't come forward at times and do something to keep Calzaghe off him he'll be overwhelmed.

Calzaghe has too much stamina, mental determination and too high a work rate. Jones will be stopped. I hope he is not hurt badly / permanently.

i cant make my mind up, there is part of me that says RJJ has got a better chance than any of beating Joe, but theres another side that says maybe RJJ has only taken the fight for one last big big payday and Joe will walk off with the fight......... cant decide.

and to the chump who said Joe slaps 100 times in a round. I would love to see you be behind ONE of joes 'slaps' *****
