I should add that he will probably bow out by beating up a shot fighter. A fitting exclamation point on a feeble resume.

If he agreed to fight Dawson, Taylor, Hopkins again, and Donkey Kong on the same night, you'd probably complain it doesn't count because Donkey Kong just beats up on fat plumbers. :D

    Kessler
    Hopkins-past prime
    Lacy-exposed
    if he beats Jones-past prime

you obviously have no idea who kessler is.
lacy was another great american hype job sent to walk all over the brit.
hopkins is **** again already despite having the best performance of his career against your other hype job.(his words not mine)
and you can never count out rjj.

i think what you meant to say is that you have no knowledge of boxing.

KESSLER is his best win, the top feather in his hat.

He knows this, that is why he is throwing Kesslers name out there every time he is interviewed on his career.

Kessler will achieve greatness after Calzaghe is gone.

Other than the Kessler win, there's only one.. maybe two others he can gloat about, in all honesty.

Kessler is a better win than Hopkins? I had Hopkins number four P4P at the time Calzaghe beat him, Kessler early teens.

Hopkins is clearly a superior win.

Hopkins was a good win, but not a good night for Calzaghe.
He can't gloat about getting away with one or two rounds to an old Bernard.

Lets say Calzaghe had fought a 28 year old guy in his absolute prime.

That boxer was rated by consensus as the number 4 P4P boxer in the world.

Calzaghe had won, by the same margin as he beat Hopkins.

Would that be a more impressive win?

Calzaghes victory over Hopkins really matters quite a bit more than it did a week ago.

Where was all this disecting of kelly's resume before his fight with Hopkins ?

Joe fought no one that mattered huh, his resume still to this day gets picked apart but not one calzaghe critic could have done the same research in picking apart pavlik's ! His win over lockett was enough for him to most likely ko hopkins but Joe who has proved himself still gets scrutinized ????WTF ??

WHAT A JOKE OF A POST.

THE AMERICANS JOE BEAT WAS NOTHING - I EXPECTED JOE TO BEAT THEM.

JOES MOST IMPRESSIVE WIN WAS CHRIS EUBANK.

AMERCIANS WERE EASY MEAT FOR JOE - TOO GOOD FOR THEM

The Calzaghe win is more questionable now than a week ago. Calzaghe knows he had Hopkins on a bad night, got lucky, and if they fight again he'll lose. :yep
