Joe is number one today, without question. He took 9 out of 12 rounds from Nard and had him ready to quit several times in the late rounds. Look how good Nard looked last night, so no one can say that5 was an old Hopkins Calzaghe beat.

After Joe stops Jones in three weeks, we must see a rematch in Wales between Joe and Hopkins. Joe will win by even a wider margin this time.

P4P lists are silly and just serve to confuse already clueless people.

Best just say that he is very good.

I still have Joe at #2, with Pac #1 and Hopkins #3. All depends on how Joe does in his next fight and how Pacquiao does in his next fight too.

Totally disagree with that. That fight could of gone either way. But, I still think calzaghe edged him. Jones is no pavlik. This fight with Joe will be a dandy.

Even though I agree that due to achievement Pac is indeed number 1, he's far less skilled than Calzaghe, Hopkins, Marquez.

In fact, if he had not been given the decision in Marquez 2, which I had for Marquez we wouldnt even be talking about him right now.

Firstly Hopkins-Calzaghe was very close. No way was it 9-3 in favour of Calzaghe. Secondly, every win for Hopkins does not now become a win for Calzaghe.

    I have Calzaghe at #4.

    Pacquiao
    Marquez
    Hopkins
    Calzaghe

b-hop b4 joe? do you not understand the concept of P4P?

they fought at the same weight with Joe beating him after moving up.

But Calzaghe just beat Hopkins ?

Whether you agreed with the decision or not that doesnt come into it, I thought Marquez beat Pac for instance.

In that case we'd better put Roy Jones above Hopkins too! And Clinton Mitchell.

Calzaghe beat Hopkins by a very close SD and because of this, after their fight I had Calzaghe at #3 slightly ahead of Hopkins at #4. Since then Hopkins has absolutely destroyed a P4P top 10 fighter (something Calzaghe has never done) and I think this is enough to edge him ahead of Calzaghe again.

I had Marquez beating Pac too but because of the official result I kept him one place behind Pacquiao. Had Pacquiao not fought since, Marquez's great win over Casamayor would have been enough to move him to #1.

    That's how P4P works.

p4p lists are really deplorable and entirely subjective.

So if things go as many people are assuming and Calzaghe beats Jones comfortably (not sure I agree but anyway) and Pacquao gets taken out by Oscar would you move Joe to #1? This is the problem with Manny facing Oscar, is it really going to tell us anything?

9 out of 12? You're a joke mate. Calzaghe is lucky he is still p4p#3 after last night.

joe beat hopkins and only one judge saw it for hopkins. sorry but joe won 7 or 8 rounds and had hopkinks faking low blows to catch his breath.

joe is too good of a fighter for b-hop to beat
