I don't know how much Calzaghe could offer but it's a clear sign to Froch about how he has clung onto Calzaghe's coat tails. Lennox Lewis supposedly called Sanders the night before he mopped the floor with WALDO but I doubt much was said in that conversation that made Sanders win.
Dear Mister Legacy, slipping away.... Find me away, to stop that from happnen.... Sincerest apologies to Traffic.
If Calzaghe had lost a fight in his career I think he would come out of retirement, he seems to miss the sport but talking trash when you're no longer active is quite sad.
Lennox: Corrie. You've got to punch him hard on the chin. Whenever you see a clear opening on his chin, you've got to punch him there with your fist. Corrie: Uh...thanks. I'll...uh...keep er uh try to remember that. Lennox: This reminds me of a fight I called on HBO with Pollo Maljeuganjo. If Wlad tries to punch you, what you want to do is move out of the way as best as you can, see, because when you get punched in the head sometimes it can rattle you and- Corrie: Lennox, you're breaking up (rubbing notebook paper on the phone) I can't hear you, I'll have to talk to you after the fight! Lennox: Remember to punch him on the chin! Corrie?
Thats because Calzaghe and Kessler are, and have been good friends since they fought. Good addition to Kesslers camp, if anyone knows conditioning its Calzaghe.
Heh heh, maybe the help from Joe consists of wiring Froch's car, sending him an anthrax letter and setting his house on fire. I wouldn't be surprised.
people told me that calzaghe used to brag about running hills every morning. yes he used to take the bus up there and run down hill for 2 miles
all mikkel has to do is repeat his performance against andrade and he will win a 118-110 type victory or stop froch in the 11th. Simple.
I think Calzaghe is fit as he doesn't seem like one of those fighters that ballons after inactivity. Dont know who to root for so I'll stay neutral during the Kessler-Froch fight.
