I'm just pissed that all those deluded ****s that I have been arguing with on the general forum will now have a stick with which to beat me with.:-(

 

People rag on Hatton for his outgoing personality and then rag on Calzaghe for being slightly introverted.

Calzaghe is at least being himself, that much is obvious. Nobody would put on that persona. I never get the feeling Hatton is genuine anymore, its like he's bought into this 'down to earth' thing, I can't take him seriously.

 

He's putting on the same persona that people who v'e known him years say is genuine, but you know better???

It amazes me that you're conceited enough to think that from the comfort of your keyboard that you can go against the vast majority of people who know him and presume to know the character flaws of a man you've never met, who's only 'crime' is that he's down to Earth.

 

If he's so down to earth why does he keep telling us he's down to earth?

 

Sure he's got that angle. It doesn't make it any less true does it? People round here can be like menopausal women picking faults.....

 

The thing is, when you are in the public eye, and have made your millions this way we are free to pass judgement

Personally if somebody at the pub kept telling me how down to earth he is I'd feel like grabbing those darts off him and sticking them in his eye

He criticises who Hatton has fought, but then his man Kessler is fighting Sartison and Haussler instead of Miranda. :rofl

He criticises Hatton for taking easy opponents and then defends Calzaghe taking on Jones instead of Pavlik. :rofl

He says Hatton isn't himself. But then he says 'what Calzaghe says and does are two different things'....suggesting that Calzaghe doesn't say what he actually wants to do, making him false and a liar. :rofl

If anybody criticises Calzaghe, the only way he can defend is by comparing it to things Hatton has done, obsessed. :rofl
