Yes but it's a 100% fact that Lacy has been proven to be **** since then. I suspect Kessler will go the same way and all that'll be left is a highly debatable win over a 43 year old and a meaningless win over a corpse.

No doubt you'll still be on here banging on about how he deserves more respect even then

The whole Warren thing is complicated. Warren tends to retain a fighters purse until he is allowed to successfully negotiate a follow up fight. He still owes Calzaghe millions from the Hopkins clash. Joe, as much as i love the guy fell into a comfort zone with Warren but not only that he is a nice guy just doing as he's told. Seems he has less testicular fortitude outside of the ring than he does in it. Is fighting once more really going to make that much of a difference to common opinion of him?

LOL another one-liner, followed by a gay emoticon..

That's all you got. Hater this hater that. NONE of your posts have any substance. 1,925 posts of trash.

Why should anyone even bother wasting their time typing out an elaborate argument trying to debate with you when all you're gonna reply with is "You're just a hater". You got no ammo. Don't swallow too much of Joe's manjuice now.. save some room for turkey tonight..

I laughed because I have not heard the term "cumguzzler" before, and because I have the sense of humour of an 8-year-old boy.

I don't really understand how to explain this any clearer for you: LACY WAS ONE SINGLE ****ING FIGHT. WINNING IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU IMMUNE TO CRITICISM FOREVERMORE FOR THE MAJORITY OF A 46-FIGHT CAREER. HE BEAT A HYPED-UP, LIMITED BOXER, GOT GREAT CREDIT FOR AN EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE, AND THAT'S THAT. IT WAS NOT THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ****ING CENTURY. GET OVER IT. THERE WERE AND ARE PLENTY MORE GOOD FIGHTERS THAT JOE COULD/SHOULD/HAS FOUGHT, BEATING LACY DOES NOT MEAN HE DOESN'T NEED TO FIGHT MORE QUALITY OPPOSITION.

    Christ Almighty.

I have said recently that RJJ was not himself, and I said he'd beat Joe in his best day, just not easily like all you have said....you act as though none of you have evr been wrong, and that I am always...and you know that;s not the case ( 2006 March )

You have contradicted yourself multiple times throughout the thread. One instance you'll be asking "How is Roy shot?" then the next post "Yeah I said Roy was shot all along"

LOL you are one funny character

Yes, it was one fight, and Joe should have gotten credit for it, that is all I am saying...why could not he get credit for that fight?? If I saw ONE hater on here, say he fought well, then I would not be here now, defending him...why cannot you see that the haters will never give him crtedit, no matter what

Yes, it is going to make that much of a difference, it will make a huge difference. How many undefeated young highly-rated champions has Calzaghe beat? Not many. His resume is weak, therefore another win like that improves it greatly. Only guys with strong resumes can afford to retire content without a big win over an undefeated champion in the division above them. Dawson in particular would add more to the resume than Lacy or arguably Kessler, as Dawson is naturally bigger than Calzaghe, has got a good lhw resume, and the win would give Calzaghe a tangible title belt at 175.

So you on the one hand say that Jones said he wasn't shot and was in the best shape of his life, then ask me if I'm calling him a liar by stating what's been obvious to anyone that's seen him fight in the last 4 years...and then come back and admit that he 'wasn't himself' :patsch

When was the last time Jones was anything like 'himself'? 2002? Took the Welsh coward another 6 years to grow a pair of balls and fight the guy didn't it....I wonder why :think

Oh and whoopee do, another reference to Joe beating Lacy :rofl :rofl :rofl

I believe he's not at all the same...and I do believe he was the best in his day...My whole point is in 2006, he should have gotten credit for that win, if one hater said he fought well, I would not be here defending him.....Jones would beat Joe at their best, but I think it woukd be competitive atleast:hi:
