pac who won the fight?who do you think won?

because with all due respect i distinctly remember you replying to me in a thread or by PM the other day stating you recently watched the bout again and categorically stated that after another viewing you thought joe clearly won!i can trawl the quote up from my history or wherever i recieved it,if you would like?

i also remember you saying all this was old news, lets move on etc but facts are you are reverting to pedantics and frivilous denegration of the lad from the valleys yet again, why cant you just accept joe won, which he did, move on.

Jose Pitty Pats a lot....does a bunch of shoe shine tatics to score, impress the crowd and judges but in the end does very little damage. It works for him so no one should knock him for it....I could see if he didn't get any KO's or if doing that didn't win him fights....in fact those "SLAPS" or pitty pat punches won him the fight with Bhop...had he not been doing that in there with Nard he would have ended up loosing a Decision rather than being on the other end in this fight.

Not bad. That's about one solid punch landed per round, much better than Pavlik.

wow....the maker of this video trawled through that fight over and over to come up with that the first significant punch didnt even land until round 6 (hopkins rolled the one before among many others). yeah he started to land more down the stretch once b-hop tired but for me he just didnt land enough clean effective shots early for me to give him rounds by the criteria you are supposed to go by

calSlappy even said it in the 24/7 that he threw petty patty punches, AKA slaps.

I think its kind of ridiculous to expect a guy to plan and accept a future fight (a rematch of a fight that a vast majority did not see as that close and can all agree was ugly and not fan friendly) when he still has a big fight on his plate coming up in less than 2 weeks. Let him take care of his business at hand and then praise or criticize him for whatever choice he makes afterwards. I mean, C'mon.

It doesn't matter if he was seriously hurt or not by a low blow. He was HIT blow. All we have to go by as far as whether it hurt, is how HOPKINS acts. If Joe didn't want Hopkins to get a rest, he shouldn't have hit him low.

**** he even admitted that one of the low blows earlier in the fight was intentional. If that one was, why shouldn't we assume the rest were?

And to a couple of other people:

You can just say that Calzaghe hurt Hopkins, even 'buckled his ass' and then not tell us when you saw it exactly. Nobody else saw it, so how could you see it? I didn't see it, because as far as I can tell, it never ****ing happened.

What about when Oscar de la Hoya tried to win his fight with Mayweather by throwing arm punches that the fans would think were impressive? Most of the judges didn't buy it thank god.

:rofl I know man. That whole clip showed 2 punches that landed cleanly. With UK ANNOUNCERS.lol They Gave Joe credit for hitting hopkins glove with the straight left. The punch had no power on it. Oh, the punches made hopkins clinch...you dumb asses hopkins clinches any damn way in every fight regardless. What I did see in those clips..lol ironically were hard crisp counters by Hopkins. That left hook caught Joe right on the chin and his ass backed right the **** up.
