Dawson's got almost 4 inches in reach and over an inch in height over Joe. Joe swarms; Dawson likes to swing his punches with all his weight. Joe will swarm him much like he did Jones so like Johnson showed Dawson would have trouble getting the full power of his punches off. Why?

Because Joe/Johnson would/did prevent him from using a comfortable distance to get his power shots off consistently like Tarver did. Ergo it's an inside game; they don't have to be hugging for it to be an inside game. If you're within another man's extended reach that consititutes an inside game

 

Calzaghe UD is where the smart money goes.

 

Joe isn't half the man Glen is. Chad wouldn't give a **** if Joe got on the inside. No power no respect. Plus Joe ducking Glen AND Chad is a moral victory for him, as he gets to keep his zero.

 

Joe would make Chad look silly and I'm not basing this on any previous fights by Joe either.

 

118-110 UD win for JC, providing Dawson looks good. Dawson's not the fighter some of you think, he's lazy in there, throws pitty pat combo's then stands off to admire his work. Right now RJJ and Hopkins I'd take to beat/KO Dawson.

 

Wide UD for Calzaghe, prompting everyone to start labelling Dawson as a hype job and giving Joe absolutley zero credit.

 

I think Dawson would bring it to a new level against Joe.. Faster, stronger, reach.. To me Dawson looks bored sometimes in the ring, against Joe he wouldn't be.. Might even drop him once or twice on his way to the decision.. Don't get me wrong, it would be a good fight though, good style match up, would love to see it happen..

 

Its just on ESB, Dawson isn`t hyped like Lacy was in other medias! But agree, far to many people judge Calzaghe from what they hear others said without even seen any of his fights before he beat Lacy! Lets just face it, he`s european, he comes from a small country wich many people cant even spell right, he fought most of his fights home! its not the best odds if a fighter wants credit from american boxingfans!
