Well when you said "his losses" I thought you were referring to Hopkins.

How have we made it this far in the thread with nobody mentioning the Jones' wins over Hopkins and Toney?

RJJ beat Hopkins with just a single hand easily.

He beat James Toney like he was a clown. He just treated him honestly like he was a 13 year old kid. Hands behind back, chin out, just trashed his ass. Prime Toney too.

Sometimes I wonder about people here. Maybe they're senile or have selective memory.

Exactly. Add in the fact he is surrounded by PED disgraces. :-(

calzaghe hid in wales with the unknown title for 11 years waiting for a major title holder to get injured so he could fight them injured in Cardiff, and then refuse a rematch, dump the titles and run away.

there is no comparison, pacman didn't do that for even 1 second of his life let alone 11 years.

Bert sugar also has gene tunney above Larry Holmes on his hw list. Stop using him as an anchor. It doesn't help your argument and Bert sugar does not know what he is talking about.

    Proper rankings.

    1. Floyd. Countless defenses of lineal titles. Has taken out terrific competition. Manny PAC was number 2 p4p when Floyd fought him rremember. Fought everyone he needed too and more than he needed to that's for sure. Has beaten every significant fighter of the era.

    2. Calzaghe: great win over Hopkins and Kessler. Undefeated. Once again hard to argue with a perfect batting average.

    3. Hopkins

    4. Jones.

    5. Marquez - was lineal lw champion.

    6. Pac
