This was a contractual agreement. There was no getting around it. Joe knew it when/if he made the offer.

Again it was not a priority to grant him the rematch ..He could have simply dropped the strap that usually happans when you don't fullfill your contractual obligation !!You get stripped !!

BS Its a convienet excuse for Kelly !!

Remember this is the same Pavlik that is promoted by Arum who forced Antonio Margarito to drop his IBF strap in order to secure af ight with Cotto !

The fight with Calzaghe could have been made !! Its was a duck plain and simple !Im glad you failed to point out all the factors regarding match making ..:good

No its ours but considering Pavlik was rcently saying that he needs to shoot JOE in the foot in order to get him to stop running from im sure someone on his team also follows what Joe says as well its called a PR person :good

Now your just getting dense. Belt had nothing to do with it. It was contract language from the first fight. Kelly would have been stripped of lots of green. And you never answered ANY of my points from pages back. Besides, 168 calling out 160 does not mean 160 is ducking if he doesn't take the fight. It is ducking when 160 says yes and 168 puts his tail between his leg and runs. This isn't rocket science and you have to be in DEEP denial here.

Well, you just answered your own question. Kelly has made a comment. He said yes to Joe and Joe fired Warren and covered his tracks.

Lots of green huh So your saying a fight with Joe would not have got him lots of green ? Whose really dense here ?

No its ducking when two offers are turned down ! The same **** you fault Joe for doing Kelly was guilty of the same thing .

And its also convenint that you failed to mention that the contractual rematch was held north of middle 2 lbs shy of super middle ! So he could of taken the fight with Joe for all super middle weight straps instead of fullfilling contractual obligation in a non title match ..

Hey but if you want to point the finger at Joe fine , he's just doing what was done to him by team Pavlik ..

Your best answer is that he didn't have to full fill his LEGAL obligations? :rofl

He wants to stay consistent, he knows its best to go out the way he's been doing things his whole career.

Nope. Not at all. He would have all kinds of legal problems. You are really stretching here. But I do understand. Joe left his fans high and dry and they are really scrambling to justify his actions. The poster Master Calzaghe seems to be the only Calzaghe fan that is willing to call this what it is. Trying to call Pavlik's full filling his legal obligations a duck is as sad as it gets.

He'd have no problems and neither would his promoter if he would of directed him in the same manner he directed Maragrito .Its a convenient excuse by Pavlik fans when this was also an obvious duck !

This is simply beyond stupid now. But, like I said, this is the kind of logic Joe has made his minions resort to. I'm out of this stupidity.
