calzaghe should fight johnson not dawson.

    i have recently found out calzaghe has let johnson down in fights in the past and seeming most people believe johnson beat dawson anyway i seriously think joe calzaghe should give johnson his chance now for his last fight in cardiff..it is only fair.
    and we can let hopkins fight dawson and expose yet another fellow american fighter as he did pavlik.
    what do you think?????

    Yeah Johnson is one of the few fighters that should be considered along with B-Hop. But the thing that is in Dawsons favor is - A, He is young, B, He is undefeated, C, He holds a title at 175.

    beating johnson adds less to his legacy than beating dawson would or beating roy did.

    You found that out recently??? Did you just start following the sport this year? Dawson beat Johnson...It was close but was a clear win...

    Although Glen would be a decent win for him, as Dawson beat him, holds a title, is undefeated and is 'touted', he would be a better win.

    Why is it that some Calzaghe fans want him to fight someone other than Dawson in his last fight. Is it fear of him loosing?

    Ah...Calzaghe would beat anyone at lhw with ease.
    People will complain johnson being old,
    Calzaghe has nothing to prove.

    Loose against dawson?
    It will never happen, Calzaghe is 2 leagues above dawson, Just because he is a young unbeaten american fighter who beat a washed up tarver and should of lost to johnson does not meen he will loose.

    no fear of calzaghe losing just think he should honor johnson seeming he let him down and who cares if dawson has a belt as calzaghe is going to retire straight after he wont be needing it.
    all calzaghe need is the money and johnson is a bigger name in the uk than dawson is and would bring more money there.

    Hell no, pointless fight.

    Johnson is coming off a loss to Woods who lost to Tarver who lost to Dawson. Dawson is the man to fight right now, a win over Johnson won't do that much for Calzaghe either.
