i don't even consider pac in the league of greats like SRR, armstrong but your post cracks me up about calzaghe being regarded as high as that...

Calzaghe whipped Hopkins IN THE STATES and is gonna whip Jones IN THE STATES.

Jones and Hopkins a pair of stay at home charlies/cowards.

uhhhh, actually the offer was in 2002, two years before he fought DLH. he agreed, doubled his demands at the last moment then went onto fight morade hakkar instead.

bernard hopkins ducked joe calzaghe. live with it.

Hopkins was actually offered a fight with Michalczewski as well, agreed to terms, then demanded DM cut down to 168, which killed the fight. This was in 2001, once it became apparent DM v Jones wasn't happening.

Hopkins has always been a hard man to negotiate with, just ask Roy Jones himself.

Kidding aside . . . these people are full of ****.

    Last 25 years??? :think

RJJ will make Calzaghe look like a complete idiot inside the ring if they had fought when the guy was fighting at super middle weight 12 years ago.

JC is not even close to RJJ and Toney in their primes and that should be within the 25 years. :deal

I think they are crazy. I think Pacquiao's resume is more impressive. :thumbsup

How dare you even mention that fat slob Toney in the same breath as Calzaghe. The only thing Toney could have ever beaten JC at would have been a pie eating contest!
