Cooney vs Holmes, the race card always brings in the cash. Thats Hopkins' angle. Too much money in his pockets for him to be truly hung up on race and the same with Joe C. Its all to promote the fight but its a shamefull way to do it. I will ignore the whole race angle as it is all bull****. This is my last posting on the subject. Suggest you guys all do the same. I remember as a kid the ugliness of the Conney vs Holmes affair. That night you could feel the hatred and violence in the air. We are all better than that. Dont fall for it.

Let's make this clear -- there are some extremely dumb mofo's in this world. Calzaghe never made a racist comment, it was Hopkins who stated "I will never let a white boy beat me."

I want to make this VERY CLEAR to anyone who could be misunderstanding this thread.

As for Hopkins, I used to be a fan. His comment is disgusting and there was no need for it at all. The real problem he has (Apart from being a racist schmuck) is Joe Calzaghe. Joe will tear this guy apart just like he did Jeff Lacy. Bye, Bernard.
