Calzaghe was better than Badou Jack and had faster hands than both Jack and Adonis, I think tat would give him a decisive edge over this vastly more powerful opponent, but one punch could change all that, I don`t feel Jack was that good and the Kessler may have been better than Jack and Adonis also.

At SMW Joe but at LHW Stevenson but we would never because Aducknis wouldn’t even fight Joe.. He would fight Ottke instead and bring up Joppy from 160 and eventually fight Prime Sergio Mora.. I was once a huge fan of Aducknis but his outright ducking has turned me sour

Adonis, loathe him for being a horrible person, way worse than wife abuser cokezaghe who seems a nice guy by comparison, but he was a bona fide titlist atLHW, something Joe avoided with good reason. Joes chin is gone at LHW and gets stopped early.

But if Stevenson could make SMW,it would be a different story. Joe was a world class SMW for sure.

Calzaghe makes him gas and stops him late.

Stevenson as a southpaw won't have the right hand to punish Calzaghe, he doesn't have the work rate or stamina to keep up with him either. He'll have some success early but Calzaghe's movement and work rate will be too much for him.

I see Calzaghe drowning Adonis in pity pat shots and winning a decision
after a couple of scary moments for him. Adonis has much faster feet and faster and heavier
hands than the few people that have given Calzaghe trouble, so I don't see why
the fight wouldn't be competitive. Adonis is just not active enough to beat Calzaghe
    on points (few boxers are).

yeh that is another thing, adonis is southpaw, another problem for joe, he doesnt have his usual southpaw advantage.

Calzaghe schooles him at any weight, he was the better boxer and Stevenson was a natural SMW anyway

Calzaghe. And there's a fair chance it would be by stoppage too as crazy as that may sound.

Calzaghe would have to walk a tight rope in order to not get knocked out but he probably could do it and win by ud.

easy to say JC by decision etc but Adonis in his prime was dangerous for anybody. Plus you cant tell me LHWs don't hit a little harder than SMWs. There was a reason JC was at SMW most of his career, it was a great weight for him.
