the difference his Roy Jones was already a HOF & All time GREAT and Calzaghe is just a guy who came over the pond to beat B Hop in a VERY disputed fight

when its all said and done...Joe Calzaghe will be a faded memory and Roy Jones Jr will be one of the GREATEST FIGHTERS EVER!!!!

comparing fighters is a vain excerice like this or that age or whatever every fighter is different like Tyson was over the hill by 30 and Lewis was coming into his prime then. But overall you have to say Roy Jones was a more gifted and super talented fighter than Joe Calzaghe ever was.

Joe also went up to 200lbs (of muscle) and won a Heavyweight Championship and dropped down to light heavy to face the other top Light heavy to win for the 2nd time in history.

Once Roy realizes that Joe can't hurt him its over. His confidence will be through the roof and at that point he'll toy with Joe just like he did with Tito. He had no respect for Tito's power and he wont have any for Joe's

And i think that is the main reason why RJJ is taking this fight. He knows Slappy can't hurt him. And that's the most important factor for RJJ right now. He's also going to be the naturally bigger guy with noticeably more power and he can match Slappy's hand speed.

RJJ's only worry is getting outworked so he has to make Slappy respect his power by catching him coming in. Or just touch him from the outside and make Slappy feel that power.

Man, i can't wait for this fight.
