    It's widely speculated today that Marciano actually trained too hard.

    In any event, this is the typical knee-jerk reaction to a fighter posting a good win. (Joe.) We saw the same with Jones, Floyd etc.
    In a few years reality will set in and people will come down to earth.

    CHJ said that strength/power alone is not enough. I disagree. In this case, it is.

    Calzaghe simply lacks the power to hurt Rocky. Once Marciano realizes he can literally walk right through Joe's best punches, it's over.
    People can speculate that Calzaghe dances rings around Marciano, but it won't happen simply because he doesn't have the pop to keep Marciano honest. Marciano can afford to take risks and be even more aggressive than usual and he'll be all over Joe for 3 minutes a round, chasing him around the ring.

    Joe has the skills to make it look believeable for a little while, but in the end he'll be fighting to survive, not win.
