The Joe that got in the ring with Lacy would give any boxer in history of a comparable weight a tough night. Roy included.

 

Hard to pick as both have such instinctive styles, before his hand injuries Joe this would be a great fight to watch with both fighters throwing bombs and hard combinations

I would have loved to see this fight, such a shame no-one would fight JC to get his reputation up so he could take these big fights

 

Well that means Calzaghe fights the best fight of his life....but instead of it being against a well hyped power puncher in Lacy, it's an unreal talent and more importantly a super boxing mind in RJJ.

I'd pick Calzaghe over Hopkins and Toney Prime for Prime...but he doesn't sniff a close decision LOSS over Roy..let alone a win.

Jones is on a different planet to this guy.

Calzaghe vs Nigel Benn/Micheal Watson woould be a more even thread.

 

I didnt think the Tarver fight was bad to watch.

Prime Roy Jones would hand Joe his ass. Not even a debate. Even Roy Now would beat Joe, but a prime Jones would make Joe look really bad:happy
