not winky though,170. calzaghe i think would school (im being conservative with this too) the version of winky that lost to bhop, could you imagine joes speed against the winky of last summer. even though joe would never get down to 160,h2h he just is too much for odlh and takes him via a mid round stoppage,i dont know if calzaghe has the power to stop him but he certainly has the output. i think tito would be a great match with joe,a real war and id take joe in a UD over him.
He was outclassed but Calzaghe did not land ONE meaningful punch. He actually tagged Calzaghe twice leading up to the slap barrage-a-hometown stoppage if I push this guy against the ropes b/c I cant actually punch him. :rofl:rofl:rofl Mayweather/Gatti was outclassing.............that was bull****. ****ing funny ass brits.
He doesn't get it because he doesn't want to. Anybody knows that Winky's ramrod right jab, his turtle defense and his str8 left are a nightmare for anyone ( Mosley, Tito, Taylor, even Hops), no matter how he looks ( "overblown" 170-pounder or "acceptable" 154-pounder) but they are concentrated mainly on the weight issue - the natural 168 pounder and the natural 154 pounder - and not on the technical aspect. Obviously, Calzaghe would try to swing and hit Winky from the sides fast ( or with "bombs") but he would have to pass beyond the jab... But like I said before, this is all an exercise to prove that Hopkins opposition is **** and Calzaghe's win over Kessler speaks louder than anything else.
