Would have been a very interesting match up. Can't think of two more different styles. Who takes it?

Workrate would take it, I think. But it would be a crapfest to watch.

Calzaghe wins on points. Too elusive and resilient to get tagged by the big bombs that AA throws. I think it would a cool fight to watch though...

Calzaghe has a high workrate and has the speed to win but he was on the ground against an old BHOP and RJJ and I think Arthur has the power to knock him out.

calzaghe on points. joe already faced an abraham like in lacy

his movement is just too good and he would spank abraham around

Abraham starts too slow and throws too few punches to win this fight.

    Comfortable UD for Joe.

    Calzaghe pretty wide on points.

AA would give away too many of the early rounds, and Calzaghe would just keep him at arms length when AA makes his big late rounds charge.

Could you please tell me what Abraham and Lacy have in common?

    I'm serious.

Easy fight for Calzaghe, his workrate would be too much for Abraham, and Calzaghe dosent seem to get tired to much down the stretch. Also Calzaghe is the bigger man, whos punches are a bit underated. At worst for Calzaghe a wide points win

Calzaghe might outwork and outpoint Abraham but I still think if Abraham lands some of his combinations he might knock him out, hell even Hopkins and Jones knocked him down, Abraham hits a lot harder.

both are over rated and have over rated power

very stand still boxers, offer little movement

Calzaghe wins by a close UD or even SD in my opinion.

Calzaghe doesnt have the power to stun AA, also AA can deal with speed, but Calzaghe's awkward style could be something AA will find difficulty to adjust to, especially if AA is just blocking punches, thats when Calzaghe would go on the Slap Attack.

Also Arthur can hurt Calzaghe, and those breif moments when AA explodes would cause Calzaghe difficulty.

AA winning by KO is likely aswell, but Calzaghe on points is the more likely scenario.

Still AA aint finished his career, and soon people might be sure that AA would KO calzaghe.
