who takes.....calzaghe will pressure dawson by just throwing so many and dawson will do his peek a boo defense that he does most of the time but playing defense with calzaghe is a terrible idea cuz he'l just keep throwing.even if calzaghe doesnt land the billion shots he throws,it will be about 9 rounds to 3 imo for calzaghe
At this stage of their careers Calzaghe dominates Dawson. Calzaghe doesn't have to be in his prime to beat Dawson. Basically, what the thread maker has said probably 9 to 3 Calzaghe is what I would go with.
Dawson is unproven against a guy like Calslappy, until I see him face someone big, I'd doubt his ability to beat a guy like that. I think he's go the tools, but don;t know about his ability to deal with the non stop action in a fight like this.
Calzaghe but Chad has the tools. I just don't think he can use them to beat a guy like Calzaghe based off of what I've seen. If Chad really committed to his punches, and some other issues, you never know. The height, reach, younger legs that can run away all day...
Joe would overwelm him with non-stop activity,i like Chad and think he's a good fighter but i dont think he's ready for someone like Joe, Joe is better...Plus the speed of Joe would be something Chad would not be able to adjust to....
calzaghe by pure schoolage. if the fight does happen. dawson would wait til calzaghe is 40. dawson doesn't fight prime fighters under the age of 40
Chad Dawson Unlike Hopkins and Jones, Dawson would sustain the type of powershots those old geezers dumped Calzaghe on his ass and his knees with. Throughout. Calzaghe knew better than to take this fight. He's better off retired.
