depends how GGGs power carries to SMW.

if it carries he might well stop joe or continually floor him (provided joe doesn't have his welsh ref at hand to stop the fight)

if it doesn't carry, joe has a good enough chin to soak up GGGs artillery and then rally to get a SD late on.

    GGG is a middleweight, Calzaghe a super-middleweight.

what makes you doubt Triple G?

    Joe has a fantastic chin

But G's am record speaks for itself

We don't know how good GGG is yet. I am impressed from what I have seen, but he also seems to not have great defense... Calzaghe would connect often.

    Calzaghe UD.

Calzaghe UD. Too much handspeed, too much movement, too much workrate. This may end up being another Lacy fight.

It's very doubtful. GGG is on a very different level from Lacy. That said, for all the dislike he gets on ESB, Calzaghe was a rare fighter when it came to finding a way to the win. Unless GGG could stop him (which I see as fairly unlikely) I can see Zaggy simply swarming and moving his way to a UD.

I wouldn't bet on it though. I don't think we've even come close to seeing the best of Golovkin. Until we've seen him properly tested against a decent SMW any judgement is probably premature.

kinda insulting to say GGG is like Lacy don't you think? Lacy was a thumper of nobodies. GGG can demolish near elites.
