You could have a strong argument with ggg,no way froch would. On another note id csll froch greater for achieving more with less if thst mskes sense
1. 3g drops joe in first round. 2. joe throws hundred punches in same round that 3g laughs at walking through, because joe has no power. 3. joe turns to welsh ref to motion him to stop it immediately like he did when Byron Mitchell knocked him down in 1 round. 4. welsh ref stops it in round 1 and awards win to joe. 5. joe offers no rematch.
joe might be intereste din fighting 3g only if 3g has an injured hand so one good fighting hand, as joe did with Kessler. joe hid from Kessler until the man injured his hand, then was all for it as long as it was in Cardiff. otherwise he runs away, hides and fights more weaklings instead.
Tough to pick but if I had to I would go with Joe assuming the fight is at SMW. Mainly because Golovkin is completely unproven at the weight.
Calzaghe is naturally bigger, much faster, has a far more proven resume, and has a better activity rate. I would certainly favor Joe in this one, myself.
I legitimately admire your hatred for Joe. It's not like Shockmasters hate for GGG. It's more refined.
Simliar to Geale is all i needed to read in this post .... a SMW ATG will have similar moments as Geale (MW fighter that is already forgotten), you guys are delusional as f***k..... GGG has done NOTHING to prove he can take an Elite+ fighter from a weight class above him. But even if you believe he can , it will be nothing like the geale fight... please don't get overboard with the GGG fanboism (and I'm a big fan).
Rumsfeld summed it up. I think the decisive factor may be Joe's great chin coupled with his size. If he can take Golovkin's punch he will probably win a fairly comfortable UD. The flip side of the coin is that Hopkins managed to time and drop Joe, and if BHop can do it then it's not beyond the abilities of a savage puncher like Golovkin to do the same. Obviously the real test would be in the ring, but on paper I would have to concede the advantage to Calzaghe. Now, if GGG faced some quality 168 guys like DeGale, Ramirez etc and stopped them as well, that assesment might change, because then it'd be clear that Golovkin carried his power up with him.
