Calzaghe wins easily vs GG on points at 168,hes atg there.

At 175 Joe was not at his best anymore due to age and injuries, hes too small for 175 anyway, unlike Hopkins who was feasting on midgets all his career at 160 despite the fact that he is natural LHW and lost his first pro fight at 175.

hes hof in the fledgling smw division yes, but not atg.

anyway thanks for agreeing that he beats 3g at smw, though theres no way on earth it would be easy, he'd need cardiff, the welsh mafia and a welsh pal judge with him, and even then it'd be SD with joe getting floored at least once.

I think size doesn't matter to tripG as he has got the best of kov in sparring.
I see Gennady catching Joe early and not letting him recover as all others have.
    Ko1-3 for tripG

    Oh, wait.

Obviously you hate Calzaghe, so .... GGG all the way!

Herol is driven by hate, not by love :verysad

a fair cop in neutral territory but joe would never succumb to fight without the welsh mafia at hand to award him the win if he gets knocked over.

Calzaghe is too smart and too much for GGG. He would outwork him to a UD win.

I'd have to fancy Joe at this stage.

Joe was a big guy with a lot of great attributes, as well as obviously being a southpaw.

Joe was relatively unknown before his fantastic performance against Lacy in 2006.

Kelly Pavlik would have done more for his resume and his bank account.

He was avoided by some people. But he was also dismissed by people too.

Again, he did avoid some fighters, as well as the LHW division earlier on his career.
