Calzaghe vs Glenn Cately/Dean Francis

    I think Calzaghe would have always been a bit too much for Francis, but without being disrespectful or derogatory to Francis in any way, to me he's a fighter who has never lived up to his potential. I feel he could have achieved so much more than that he did, and be it for whatever reasons (the shoulder, etc) he didn't. Shame.

    The thing is I disagree, but I know I have very little to base my opinion on other than my assumptions of what Dean would've become.
    I was certain Dean was going to become a world champ who'd defend several times, unify and have a glorious career. So was Chris Sanigar, the poor sod.

    Well Sanigar was even more certain Haskins was going to be world champ. Hes desperate for a breakthrough fighter who can really put them on the map.
    Catley got theret, but it didnt last long, im sure he thought he struck gold with haskins, and francis...wasnt meant to be tho.

    Hopefully it will happen eventualy...Chris is a really top bloke, a genuine geezer!
