I think this fight is a good one - they are both at, or very close to, their prime, unlike those two idiots Jones and Trinidad - great fighters they were, but now barely even a shadow of their former selves. This fight is probably not quite on a par with Hatton Mayweather, but will the fight actually happen - Frank Warren in a top fight without the WBO, without home advantage, I won't believe this is on until I see them signing live on TV!
Calzaghe should have left Warren ages ago! A guy like that doesn't need a promoter, Hatton hasn't really had one since he left Warren - OK he used Dennis Hobson, but they were more like buddies than fighter and promoter! Warren seems able to get his guys to world titles, but then clueless as to what to do after that - endless meaningless defences rather than superfights!
