Warren and Calzaghe are trying to get the fight in Cardiff sometime between September and November. HBO want November 15th but the Welsh rugby team are playing the millennium stadim on consecutive weekends in november. Although Calzaghe said he'd be happy fighting in vegas again they feel it unfair to ask fans to travel again in such a short period. Although RJJ could sell the tickets on his own unlike Hopkins. HBO have Mayweather-De La Hoya lined up for September and want a gap between the next big fight and that's why they want November. So will be interesting to see how both sides compromise
I take it you mean the Millennium Stadium as the Arena is much too small? The fight won't be taking place in Cardiff on the date that was originally mooted, as Wales are playing at the Stadium on the 14th and 22nd November.
Arghh, **** it ... I just wanna see RJJ fight in person once before he retires, if the fight goes ahead in Vegas then that scuppers that.
