Calzaghe vs Kessler battle of the Euro Bums

This fight is not as significant as China hand job would like you to believe....HBO threw these Eurobums a bone by letting this bumfest be televised here in the states.

 

I agree, Kessler is just a euro bum who would have been beaten as soon as he stepped in the ring with an American fighter.

 

And from that fight, it's also apparent that Kessler has AWFUL defense! :deal

This fight aint ****, 2 fighters that fought practical nobodys in Europe and you want us to pay attention to this **** like its the fight of the century, gimme a break. Fighters like Calzaghe who fought practical nobodys his entire career give boxing a bad name, how the hell can you fight maybe 2 good oppenents in 10 years as champ.

The Pittsburgh Kid would KO Kessler in the first round, he was a genuine American worldchamp, not some overprotected stay at home euro paper champ. Kessler could not even carry the Kid's spit bucket.

How many former world champions has Calzaghe fought? You need to be a bit better than good to be a world champ and Calzaghe has wiped the floor with everyone he has fought.

Conn almost beat Louis in there first fight, instead of staying away and boxing to victory he tried slugging it out with Louis who knocked him out. I doubt a light punching Calzaghe would hang in there with a Joe Louis.
